A Youtube video "How to get all film simulations on any Fuji X and GFX camera" points out 4 different methods to access these films simulations across two of the most popular Raw converters, Capture One ( full version or Fujifilm Express version) and Adobe Lightroom. The paths ^shown in the viedeo have been corrected in a comment:
WINDOWS:
"C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Lightroom Classic\Resources\Settings\Adobe\Profiles\Camera\Fujifilm"
or
"C:\ProgramData\Adobe\CameraRaw\Settings\Adobe\Profiles\Camera\Fujifilm"
MAC:
"Finder -> Applications/Lightroom.app(right click)/Show Package Contents/Contents/Resources/Settings/Adobe/Profiles/Camera/Fujifilm"
V Software
FUJIFILM Softwares
X Acquire (free)
FUJIFILM X Acquire enables to transfer images taken with the camera to a computer . It also supports backup/restore of camera settings via USB cable.
Case of use - sort of light tethering
X Raw Studio (free):
In X Acquire a folder is designated to receive images on the fly.
In Lightroom we validate the automatic import from this folder.
Result: Each time you take a picture with the camera, the photo is imported and displayed directly by Lightroom.
X Raw Studio (free)
FUJIFILM X Raw Studio is a raw development software which uses the camera (connected via USB) processor to process RAW files.
X Raw Studio is compatible with GFX100, GFX 50S, GFX 50R, X-H1, X-Pro3, X-Pro2, X-T4, X-T3, X-T2, X-S10, X-T30, X-T20, X-E3, X100V, X100F cameras.
X Raw Studio accept to process only files made with the same camera type that the one which it is linked to, but see you can hack a file to bypass this restriction..
Recipes settings for X Raw Studio :
- from Alexander Kirichev Fujifilm Recipes to use with X RAW Studio ( X-T3 / X-T4 / X100V)
- from Donald M. Falls, following a collaborative work, via a post in the Facebook group "Fujifilm Film Simulation", Donald M. Falls put online a set of "FP1" files (corresponding to the recipes of David Triregno's list). These files, once loaded into the software, allow direct access to the parameters of each recipe.
